This clutch kit is designed to replace the Original Equipment (OE) unit including the OE flywheel.
This kit includes a dual mass replacement flywheel which converts the clutch system to a solid mass flywheel (SMF). Changing from a dual mass flywheel (DMF) to a solid flywheel (SMF) increases the reliability of your clutch system and allows the flywheel to be machined for longer life. However you might experience slightly more noise or vibration compared to a DMF clutch system.

Mantic STAGE SERIES COVER ASSEMBLY
Mantic Stage 4 clutch kits feature a 20% increase (over original equipment) in clamp load for increased torque capacity.
SPHEROIDAL GRAPHITE CASTINGS
Approximately 300% stronger than a standard casting this material (sometimes referred to as an Anti Burst casting) not only increases strength by up to 3 times, it also improves heat dispersion.
BALANCED COVERS
To insure that the clutch system performs at maximum efficiency and that no unwanted vibration is generated as the cover spins, all Mantic Stage cover assemblies undergo a 2 stage balancing process.
CERAMETALLIC FRICTION MATERIAL CLUTCH PLATE - NON CUSHIONED
The Torque Capacity of a Clutch Plate can be increased by using exotic cerametallic friction material featuring a higher coefficient of friction. However, cerametallic material reduces pedal feel and results in more sudden clutch engagement, reducing street driveability. Mantic Stage 4 Clutch Kits feature cerametallic friction material on both sides of the clutch plate, and no segment cushioning. This results in a strong torque capacity increase compared with Stage 2 and more sudden engagement compared with Stage 3 kits. This type of configuration is more suitable to rally and drift still driving; and less so for street driving.
